New analysts start with a 10-week training program that covers essential topics such as corporate finance, accounting, valuation, and idea generation, all aimed at building a deep understanding of value investing. This program includes learning from renowned value investors through letters, papers, club presentations, and curated readings, with the goal of uncovering the underlying drivers of business value.

Training is delivered through a combination of remote learning and in-person workshops, with weekly discussions and interactive sessions designed to reinforce key concepts. Throughout the program, analysts work towards creating a high-quality stock pitch, which is the primary deliverable of the training.
